ハワイの青空とコバルトブルーの海の見えるお部屋からメッセージを書いています。

私たちチームの名前はSERENDIPITY（セレンディピティ）

私たちはヨガのプロフェッショナルチームです。

英語、日本語、中国語でのレッスン可能なハワイで活躍中のヨガティーチャーや

看護師や保育園での経験を経て医療系の知識を生かし持つヨガティーチャー

マッサージやアロマ、ビーガン料理のレッスン可能なティーチャーなどのチームです。

名前の由来はホームページのトップにもありますが

セレンディピティとは思いがけず出会えた奇跡。

体を動かすことや瞑想、ヨガをすることで気付きが生まれます。

自分自身の内面に気づき健康はもちろん自分の人生に気づきをもち今までやりたかったできなかったことをやれたり、気持ちが前向きなれたり、そんなふうに人生を豊かにしてもらいたい、その気づきで幸せを掴んで欲しいそんなふうに思っています。

皆様にはヨガだけではなく、ストレッチや食事など私達が勉強し、

得た知識から経験を積み、良いと思う様々な知識をお伝えし

心と身体を健康に、幸せになるお手伝いをできればと思っています。

皆さんの幸せ　HAPPY を常に胸におきながら発信していきたいと思います。
